Are all you gems & diamonds natural?
Yes, all of our gemstones & diamonds are natural, we do not sell synthetic or heavily treated gemstones or diamonds. Along with the professional laboratory certificate from the likes of the world renowned GIA, GRS, IGI, you will also obtain the peace of mind that comes with the fact that we also guarantee unequivocally that every gem or diamond we sell, to be absolutely genuine. In the highly unlikely event that any gemstone or diamond is found to be inauthentic or has been treated in a way that wasn't disclosed, it may be returned at anytime for a full refund.
How long will it take for my gemstone(s) to arrive?
It depends on your location, however in most cases we use secure express expedited shipping services via couriers such as FedEx which means in most cases your item will delivered within 10 days from checkout, sometimes much sooner.
Can I track my package?
Yes, All packages can be tracked, we ask you to send us your preferred contact email address or mobile phone number so that we can provide you with your tracking number and other relevant information.
